The lumber used in our homes is moisture tested to ensure that no warping occurs. The drywall is applied in jigs with glue, nails, and screws to ensure a true solid fit. Our homes have a ten-year structural warranty. The plant is located in Rutherfordton, NC and just 30 minutes away.
